Branche du groupe Jacquet Metals, un leader de la distribution des aciers spéciaux en Europe et dans le monde, la société Quarto International, stockiste de tôles quarto inox et alliages nickel, recrute un/e manager placé/e sous la responsabilité hiérarchique de la direction du groupe.
Le/la manager est en charge d’assurer l’ensemble des attributions inhérentes à sa fonction, c’est-à-dire la direction et le développement de la société dans le respect des instructions et des objectifs fixés.
Le poste, basé à Lyon, a pour principales missions les suivantes :
- Organiser l’ensemble des actions commerciales de la société en France et à l’international (visite clients, prospection, animation web, participation à des salons, élaboration des listes de prix et des offres, etc.),
- Animer et accompagner l’équipe commerciale et administrative,
- Gérer 4 stocks répartis en Europe (réapprovisionnement, relation avec les fournisseurs et les sous-traitants),
- Gérer les litiges clients et fournisseurs,
- Piloter la société en relation avec les services centraux du groupe (comptabilité, contrôle de gestion, achat, IT, RH, qualité, audit interne, etc.),
- Participer à l’élaboration de la stratégie globale de l’entreprise en lien avec la direction,
- Mettre en œuvre toute stratégie qui permettrait d’augmenter et d’optimiser la rentabilité de la société.
L’anglais courant indispensable, son utilisation est quotidienne.
Formation : de type Bac+2 à Bac+3 en commerce.
Compétences : Vous possédez une expérience significative dans le commerce, idéalement dans la distribution des demi-produits métallurgiques, vous avez un bon sens du relationnel avec un goût certain pour la vente et l’international. Vous savez vous adapter rapidement à un contexte qui évolue en permanence sans compromettre les objectifs à atteindre.

- Handle customer and supplier claims,
- Steer the company in relation with all central departments (accounting, controlling, purchasing, IT, HR, quality, internal audit, etc.),
- Take part in the definition of the global strategy of the company in connection with the group management,
- Implement any strategy that would increase and optimise the company’s profitability.
Fluent English is a minimum requirement as used on a daily basis.
Education : Minimum 2/3 years of university or business school.
Skills : You should have a significant experience in sales and trade, ideally in the distribution of semi-finished metal products, you have a good sense of relationship with a certain taste for international sales. You are a go-getter, you know how to adapt quickly to an environment that is changing constantly without compromising the goals to achieve.
